Does this
sound familiar?

You know your body best. If any of these feel familiar, you’re in the right place.

Sudden leaks
with activity

Sudden leaks when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise (stress incontinence).

Sudden,
urgent need to go

A sudden, urgent need to go that you can't hold until you reach the toilet (urge incontinence).

Constantly
mapping out toilets

Constantly mapping out the nearest toilet before you leave the house.

Leaking is common,

especially after birth and around menopause,

but common doesn’t mean you have to live with it.

You're
not alone

Bladder leakage affects a huge number of women, yet most never seek help because it feels embarrassing or “normal”. It isn’t something you simply have to accept. In most cases, the pelvic floor can be retrained to give you back real control.

Understanding
Bladder Leakage

A gentle explanation of what’s happening inside your body.

What is it?

Urinary incontinence is any involuntary leakage of urine, whether a small leak when you cough or a sudden urge you can't hold. At its root it's a muscle-function problem: the pelvic floor has either become too weak to support the bladder, or too tight and uncoordinated to control it. Both respond well to targeted rehabilitation.

Why it happens?

Your pelvic floor muscles support your bladder. After childbirth, with age, or through hormonal change, they can become weak, or tight and poorly coordinated, and stop doing their job reliably.

Why the usual advice falls short?

This is why confinement herbal drinks or simply “waiting for it to heal” don't rebuild bladder control, and why doing generic Kegels incorrectly can sometimes trap pressure and make leaks worse. Real recovery means retraining the right muscles the right way.
